Customer Responsibilities

End to End Logistics Solutions provides logistics and transportation-related services, including but not limited to:

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by E2E Logistics are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting.

Quoted pricing may change if:

  • Shipment dimensions, weight, or contents differ from information provided

  • Fuel surcharges increase

  • Carrier rates change

  • Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or government fees apply

  • Additional services become necessary

  • Route, destination, or delivery requirements change

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes do not constitute a binding agreement.

Customs Compliance

For international shipments, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate customs documentation

  • Declaring shipment contents truthfully

  • Paying applicable duties, taxes, and government fees unless otherwise agreed

  • Complying with all import and export laws

E2E Logistics may coordinate customs clearance through licensed customs brokers and international partners but does not guarantee customs approval, release times, or governmental decisions.

Shipment Delays

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, transit times are estimates only.

E2E Logistics shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Port congestion

  • Customs inspections or holds

  • Labor disputes or strikes

  • Government actions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Force majeure events

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Warehousing Services

For customers utilizing storage, warehousing, or fulfillment services:

  • Inventory records should be reviewed regularly by the customer.

  • Storage fees and service charges will be outlined separately when applicable.

  • Customers remain responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of stored inventory.

Additional warehouse terms may apply under separate agreements.

Prohibited Shipments

Customers may not tender shipments that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited shipments may include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous materials not properly declared

  • Counterfeit products

  • Restricted or embargoed goods

  • Items prohibited by transportation carriers or government agencies

E2E Logistics reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service for any shipment that may violate applicable laws or safety requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E2E Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

  • Service interruptions

  • Shipment delays

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Lost profits

  • Data loss

  • Supply chain disruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

Cargo Loss and Damage

Claims for cargo loss or damage are subject to applicable carrier terms, transportation laws, insurance policies, and contractual agreements.

Customers are encouraged to obtain cargo insurance for shipments requiring additional protection.

E2E Logistics does not automatically provide cargo insurance unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and materials, is the property of End to End Logistics Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
